GradeMy is an AI commerce readiness scanner for online stores. This policy explains what data is used when someone runs or requests a GradeMy scan.

What GradeMy scans

By default, GradeMy scans public pages only. This may include public storefront HTML, product pages, metadata, structured data, sitemap and robots signals, policy links, visible product content, and public trust signals.

What GradeMy does not access

GradeMy does not access checkout sessions, carts, customer accounts, payment information, private orders, analytics, passwords, or private admin screens. GradeMy does not need a store admin password for a default public scan.

Email and report data

If you submit an email address, GradeMy may use it to deliver scan results, follow up about the requested report, and respond to support questions. Scan records may include the submitted URL, email address, buyer query, generated report data, timestamps, and system metadata needed to operate the product.

Optional read-only Shopify OAuth

Some merchants may optionally connect Shopify for deeper catalog validation. GradeMy requests read-only access where applicable and does not request write-admin actions. Shopify access can be revoked by the merchant through Shopify.

Data sharing

GradeMy does not sell customer data to advertisers. Data may be processed by hosting, email, analytics, or infrastructure providers needed to operate the product.
